It is hard to describe in words the experience. It was like I met super friendly professional friends. The service was beyond any expectation, before, during and after the rental. They were extremely kind, explained everything about the motorcycle handling. The motorcycle was almost new from the box. They suggested to help me in any possible way on the bike arrangements and luggage. All paperwork took several minutes with minimum of formality.on taking and return as well. The even took us to the close bus getting back to Oslo. Do not hesitate go for it, they deserve it. Good luck and success good people.
These guys rock! We just rented 3 1250GS bikes for a tour from them and they really set us up well. Highly recommended.

Speed is a large motorcycle shop. You can get anything you need in terms of gear, parts, garage services as well as brand new and used motorcycles. At speed I get the impression they care a lot for customer service. I've always been greeted with a smile and the staff knows their stuff about the products they sell. There's usually not a crowd waiting in line, and I've always got help really fast.
Bad coustomer services: I tried to buy a leather vest with shipping in Germany and it was denied due to repeated shipping problems abroad. I wrote a new email to which I did not get any answer anymore. I was of course able to pay shipping costs as well. It is unacceptable how in 2017 it's not possible to send a simple jacket from Norway to Germany. They for sure will learn customer care as soon as they will face a bit of crisis!.Very sad!
